Claire is a professional genealogist with more than twenty years of experience in teaching, lecturing, and research spanning New England, Atlantic Canada, Ireland, England, and the West Indies, including both traditional and DNA research. A former high-tech executive, Claire applies her technology skills and innovative methodologies to optimize her genealogy research. She is a graduate of the ProGen study group and holds certificates in Genealogical Research from Boston University and in Genealogy and Family History from the University of Washington. Claire is former President of the Bainbridge Island Genealogical Society and served as Seminar Program Chair for the Massachusetts Genealogical Council. She splits her time between the Greater Boston Area and Ireland.
